At the moment, we primarily serve customers in Singapore. However, we're excited to let you know that we're working towards expanding our reach internationally in the near future! Keep an eye on our updates for news on when we'll be shipping worldwide. Thank you for your interest in our products!
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping rates vary according to your location; this will be displayed at checkout.
Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
If you have created a customer account with Secret Scents, you can log into your account at any time to check your order status. Once dispatched, your local shipping provider will notify you on its delivery status, using the contact information you have shared.
Missed deliveries
Two delivery attempts will be made, after which the parcel will be held at a collection point for a limited period, to be picked up by the customer.
